How Many Leads Should I Buy?

As many as you can handle! Our promise to your prospects is that they will be contacted by a certified Medicare Advantage representative within 48 hours. The more you can call immediately to further qualify and set appointments with - the more you should order.

You want to keep in mind that there's potentially a three day lag until your leads begin to come it - so you don't want to be left with no one to call!

What Happens After I Have Paid?

Once we receive your order, we verify that you are an active Agent in our database, and once verified, we do what we do best - get you leads!

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Leads?

Please allow three days for us to process your order. Often, you'll receive leads with a day or two. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, please be aware that you will ne notified if for some reason we cannot fulfill your request in a timely manner.

Why Can't I Get Leads for the Area I Want?

In most cases, you can! All leads requests are processed on a "first come, first served" basis. There are often multiple Agents requesting leads in the same area. Since there are a limited number of prospects in a given zip code, you may want to consider increasing your territory to cover areas others may not wish to work. Agents with flexibility are the ones who make the most!

Production also plays a factor in our lead distribution process. The more leads you convert to actual business, the higher your ranking in the lead pool. For instance, if your conversion rate is 50% and another Agent converts at 72%, they will be the ones to receive priority for new lead orders.

What If You Can't Get the Leads I Order?

If after verification of your status as an Active Agent with Premier Agent Group, we find that we cannot provide leads for the are requested, you will be contacted and when possible, offered leads in another area. You can accept, or decline the offer. If you decline, your order will remain "open", or your money will be refunded by check within 7 days.
